WSI
WEEKLY SAFETY INSPECTIONS
By being on site continuously, we can ensure through WSI that inspections of equipment and machines are up to date, as well as ensure that your subcontractors perform their work in accordance with current work environment regulations that exist both according to your company policy but also according to the country's regulations from the Work Environment Agency.
WEEKLY EDUCATION
We help you with various short training courses, this is done through TBT (ToolBoxTalks), where we either follow a predetermined order, or linked to what is discovered and needs to be highlighted to have a safe workplace. These are presented on 1-6 PowerPoint pages with lots of images and concise text that points out the most important from the various rules and regulations that exist.
PREVENT AND REPORT
Preventing by being present and talking to employees, being part of all teams on site and continuously reporting the right behavior creates the conditions for success. This is through a report with pictures and comments with suggestions or the need for action. This means that your managers can concentrate more on the installation. All to get the right behavior, so everyone can get better step by step. Reporting can also be done in your deviation management system
